Safecontractor accredited

ECO of London is Safecontractor approved to ensure that our clients meet their legal Health and Safety obligations. Safecontractor is a leading health and safety pre-qualification assessment scheme, used by many organisations as a mark of competency when selecting contractors. Our accreditation underlines ECO of London’s commitment to nationally recognised, high quality health and safety standards.

CHAS approved

CHAS, the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme, is established as the market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK. As a CHAS approved contractor, ECO of London satisfies stringent health and safety pre-qualification assessments each year, to a nationally recognised and accepted threshold standard.

NICEIC approved

As NICEIC approved contractors, we provide a safe, electrical installations service with the necessary NICEIC certificates. NICEIC is the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installations. Being a member of this scheme protects clients and consumers from the risk of unsafe electrical work. It demonstrates that ECO of London meets our legal duty to be technically competent and satisfy national electrical safety standards. Our work is re-assessed on a regular basis to ensure high standards so you can be sure you have a competent, capable and compliant engineer working for you.

ECA member

ECO of London is a registered member of The Electrical Contractors’ Association (ECA). They are the UK’s leading trade association that represent the interests of contractors who design, install, inspect, test and maintain electrical and electronic equipment and services. That means our engineers are fully qualified and regularly undertake rigorous technical assessments to ensure electrical installations meet recognised industry standards and practice.

F-Gas registered

As an F-Gas Registered Company, ECO of London has the necessary competency and legal authority to work on equipment that contains F Gas refrigerants. This includes the installation and servicing of refrigeration, air-conditioning or heat pump equipment.

Our F-Gas registration shows that we are trained and certified to industry standards in line with the legal requirements of the Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations 2009.

Constructionline

ECO of London is a verified member of Constructionline, the UK register of contractors, consultants and material suppliers for the construction industry. Endorsed by the Office of Government Commerce, decision-makers can be assured that ECO of London has been pre-qualified as meeting industry and government standards.

Gas Safe Register

Choosing ECO of London ensures that your organisation meets the legal requirement for engineers to be Gas Safe Registered. The Gas Safe Register replaces the previous CORGI scheme. Our engineers have been checked to ensure they are legally competent and qualified to work with gas and can protect public safety by maintaining high standards of work.
