All our engineers carry CSCS cards and are fully accredited and trained for the work they do, including safeguarding Health & Safety. John Gaskin
Managing Director
John’s leadership means that the business is commercially well-placed to meet client needs. He understands our client’s overriding concerns and ensures that every aspect of each project is geared to achieving the required outcome. John provides high level management of key accounts, tender bids and project management.

John Clarke
Operations Director
John oversees all ongoing projects providing on-site project management. From tender documents to steering the financial QS, he takes projects through each stage of the construction cycle. John is responsible for our engineering site team manager and Health & Safety management, as well as, business management. In our MD’s absence, John is the Responsible Director.

Ryan Hastings
Technical Services Director
Ryan leads our technical services management with the engineering site team. He is responsible for the technical content of tender bids and manages O&M information on all projects. He works alongside John Clarke providing on-site project management assistance. Ryan co-ordinates the design of building services, valuing ‘buildability’ in design.
